Urban Rebounder Ball Rebounders Editorial Review
The Urban Rebounding Workout DVD Compilation 3 has garnered a mixed reception among customers, primarily influenced by the quality of the DVD and the variety of workouts offered. Despite its modest packaging and reports of potential playback issues, many users find the workout routines engaging and effective for varying fitness levels. A highlight of this compilation is the diverse range of workouts that allow for both fun and effective exercise, catering to different preferences and energy levels. Popular workouts like "Hi-Low Bound" evoke nostalgia for the 80s, while the "Kick Bound" led by Tracie has been appreciated for her lively and quirky instruction style. These workouts are typically around 15-24 minutes long, which some customers value for their accessibility and ability to fill in gaps in their fitness routine. However, the overall execution has faced critiques. Several users reported dissatisfaction with the DVD's quality, citing issues such as scratches and challenges utilizing certain players. This concern is particularly evident for those with older technology. Furthermore, while some workouts were described as fun and energizing, others felt less impactful, particularly the Latin Bound which was deemed too slow-paced for an adequate workout. Ultimately, customers appreciate the variety and the nostalgic feel of the routines but are concerned with the product’s quality and playback reliability. This leaves the potential for improvement in future releases of the DVD series. **
