Beauty, Grooming, & Style Editorial Review
"Pumping Iron" is a paperback book that has received a mix of feedback from customers. Many reviewers praise it as a faithful update to the original, with an excellent foreword by Arnold Schwarzenegger. Some reviewers appreciate the old school workout techniques presented in the book, stating that it is a must-have for anyone interested in the history of bodybuilding. However, there are also some criticisms. One reviewer notes that the picture quality in the revised edition is lower than in the original book. There is also speculation that the book may be printed on demand, leading to disappointment for those expecting a fresh copy. Despite these drawbacks, the book still receives commendation for being well-written, inspiring, and a classic in the realm of bodybuilding literature. Overall, "Pumping Iron" seems to have left a positive impression on readers, particularly those with an interest in bodybuilding history and classic workout techniques. **
