Is this switch compatible with the 800 gph shoreline pump?
Answer: I purchased this float switch and it failed right out of the package. They refunded me my money. They didn't even want the defective switch back. -

Hi, I want know if the switch have the cable?
Answer: Yes, but I wouldn't buy it, mine only worked about every other rainfall, my boat almost sank! -

Can this switch be mounted on a vertical surface?
Answer: Yes, you can mount it vertically, but I would recommend using a three-way switch because if you are running your boat for long distances every time you hit a wave the switch will turn your pump on and if there is no water in the box you will burn your pump out. -

Can I mount this upside down so when my livewell is full the pump shuts off?
Answer: This switch was not designed or tested for that application.
