Known for his dry, neurotic, and anti-social humor, Mitchell's writing is a great insight into British society. The book contains Mitchell's observations, complaints, and witty opinions about various topics. The writing style is a bit challenging at times, particularly when discussing lesser-known topics or characters to readers outside of the UK.
